The building is organised into two main bodies articulated around a central link comprising of the common entrance hall of a double height that invites you to the gaze at the central garden. This dual entry hallway provides access to the offices from the main entrance at Lenin Street, and from the island-style garden accessible via Alice Milliat Street.
The building has accessible balconies and terraces on each floor. Especially at level 6 two large terraces in the heart of the vegetation allow you to take a break in a natural space, breathe in the open air, share together the fruits and vegetables harvested from the vegetable garden.
