Coste Architectures agency is the winner of the competition for the construction of the new Belbeuf Aquatic Center.
Amfreville-la-mi-Voie, Boos, Montmain, Ymare, Belbeuf, Franqueville-Saint-Pierre, Le Mesnil-Esnard and Mesnil-Raoul : Eight municipalities have reached an agreement to build a swimming pool on the eastern plateau of Rouen (Seine-Maritime) : a facility sorely lacking for several years, both for the general public and for schoolchildren learning to swim.
The Belbeuf Aquatic Center, in addition to swimming, will offer a fitness area, including a hammam, sauna, and jacuzzi. ILLUMINENS was selected by the Coste Architectures agency to produce the images and presentation video for this project.
